Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion across Cambodia. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong leadership, business strategy, and sales management experience who can identify new market opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s future business direction while ensuring long-term profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within telecommunications, AI, engineering services, and related industries.
• Expand the company’s customer base across Cambodia and regional Asian markets.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of commercial proposals, tenders, bidding documents, and technical submissions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and strategic recommendations for executive management.
• Perform additional strategic business initiatives assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Business Development or Sale
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, business expansion, and revenue growth.
• Experience preparing commercial proposals, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Preferred Age: 30–40 years
