With over 10 years of industry experience, we deliver innovative engineering solutions to telecom operators, equipment vendors, and enterprise customers throughout Asia.<\/p>\n<h3>Position Overview<\/h3>\n<p>We are seeking an organised and proactive Admin and Sales Support professional to support our office operations and sales team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative tasks while providing timely support to customers and colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with management and the sales team to keep office activities running smoothly, maintain accurate records, and coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, and sales documentation.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to all office staff, including correspondence, filing, data entry, meeting arrangements, and office supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, tender documents, and other customer submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer enquiries, coordinate with the relevant team, and follow up on quotations and outstanding requests.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate customer records, sales trackers, contact lists, and organised electronic and paper files.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales orders, delivery schedules, and supporting documents with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare routine sales and administrative reports, and assist the finance team with invoice documentation and payment follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange appointments, meetings, and business travel as required, and perform other administrative and sales support duties assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience in office administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and document management; experience preparing quotations and sales documents is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and spoken Khmer and English, with clear communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in telecommunications, engineering services, or a related industry is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>A cooperative, service-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and support colleagues across the office.<\/li>\n<li>Reliable and discreet when handling confidential company and customer information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to apply<\/h3>\n<p>Please submit your updated CV, recent photograph, and expected salary using the application form on our <a href=\"\/index.php\/careers\/#apply\">Careers page<\/a>, or email them to <a href=\"mailto:hr-cambodia@advance-e.net\">hr-cambodia@advance-e.net<\/a>.
